PAM Desa Apps (Karya Mandiri Cibodas)

It’s been over a year since BIMS began collaborating with the PAM Desa Cibodas in Lembang to develop and implement a web-based application for managing the village’s water utility administration.

The app was designed to accommodate various operational needs—from generating monthly billing tickets for water usage, facilitating payments through the official village office counter, to supporting meter reading activities by the field team who regularly visit each customer’s home.

Our latest features include geolocation mapping for each customer’s house and water source point, real-time monitoring of water level and quality from the source to the nearest main reservoir, and monthly WhatsApp notifications for unpaid bills.

We’re truly grateful for this ongoing collaboration. Here’s to more innovation ahead—may the next milestone in 2026 bring us closer to fully automated water instrumentation systems!
